The ScaleYourChildcare.com Scaling Workshop is a two-day event designed to provide childcare business owners with the skills and tools to aggressively scale their businesses. 

This workshop is run by Dr. Anndrea Dickerson teaching, not some professional presenters

You’ll get to ask questions directly and walk away with practical advice and strategies that can be implemented immediately to improve your business. (We have scaled companies across the United States, Detroit Michigan, Sacramento California, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Atlanta Georgia and many more.)

Our workshop includes a variety of learning formats. These include Andrea Dickerson speaking from stage, activity rooms, modeling classrooms, workbooks, white boards and flowcharts. In addition, you’ll take part in roundtables with Jumpstart School Of System's own subject matter experts. Where we explore all the core functions of a business together from office, kitchen, director workspace, Hiring Station and new content.

To register for the www.ScaleYourChildcare.com Scaling Workshop, We require you to meet some minimum entry requirements to be allowed in the room. These requirements include but are not limited to being active in business, having a supportive admin team and operating with a success mindset in the child care industry. 

Yes, we'd love for you to bring a guest or team member to the Scaling Workshop. Please note that guests are not included in the individual ticket, and we do not offer bundled or group discounts. Dates are also subject to availability.

In addition, we host workshops at our actual headquarters. We only have physical space for a maximum of 10 business owners per workshop. Places are first-come, first-served.

All of our Scaling Workshop events are held on-site at our Jumpstart School Of Systems In Brunswick, Georgia 31520

No. When you purchase a ScaleYourChildcare Scaling Workshop ticket, this includes access to the event over the two days. We do provide refreshments and an optional breakfast and lunch each day.

However, all other meals, transportation, and stay accommodations are not included. We recommend using uber options to reach the ScaleYourChildcare headquarters.

On receipt of purchase, we will send you a guide for suggested accommodation, recommended restaurants, and fun activities to enjoy during your stay. Including some of Andrea’s top spots to see.

Yes, this is a privately catered event. You will be able to enjoy a light breakfast and refreshments in the morning on arrival. Plus, lunch and more beverages will be provided throughout each day. We've got you covered! We offer an array of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options for our buffet-style meals. If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact our team at: [email protected].

Doors open each morning at 9:00 a.m. for attendee registration, check-in and networking with light fare provided. The workshop event space as all seats are first-come, first-serve. Additionally, during colder months, we recommend bringing a coat as the waiting space occasionally expands to outside. Day One The workshop begin at 9:30 a.m. and end at 6 p.m., with doors closing at 6:30 p.m. on Day One. Day Two On Day Two the workshop begins at 9:00 a.m., and ends at 6:00 p.m., with doors closing at 6:30 p.m. We ask all attendees to schedule their rides or exit the building each day by this time so our team can prepare the space for the next event.

In the weeks leading up to your Scaling Workshop date, you can expect to receive a specialized ScaleYourChildcare pre-work packet that is designed to help prepare for the workshop!

As long as you’ve received the welcome email after purchasing your workshop ticket, no action is needed on your part to automatically receive this information! If you have not received a welcome email, please reach out to [email protected]

Each day will vary but the overall event will consist of environmental activities, roundtables, role plays, workbook activities, breakfast, lunch, and refreshments. Each day is tailored to ensure you are provided the tools and skills to aggressively organize to scale your business.

Andrea Dickerson. In addition, on the second day, you can look forward to breakout activities with the ScaleYourChildcare setup so that no question is left unanswered by the time you leave.

We recommend that attendees bring an open mind and an eagerness to learn!

TheScaleYourChildcare team will provide pens, a Scaling Workshop workbook and name tags for easy networking.

You are welcome to bring your own writing materials (however we will provide).

Note: we do not allow laptops or cellphones in the workshop event space to create an intimate environment optimized for learning.

Absolutely! Our Scaling Workshop Transfer Policy (seen here in our Terms and Conditions) allows each attendee to reschedule one (1) time within six months of the original workshop purchase date.

There is a $100.00 transfer fee, and our team would be happy to help facilitate this change.

Please note that transfer requests within 72 hours of the registered workshop date will not be accepted.

Exclusions

Changes within 72 hours of the workshop date can only be made in the event of travel-related issues such as VISA problems, flight delays or cancellations or illnesses.

If an event cancellation occurs, registered participants will receive a full refund within 60 days of said cancellation.

If any event is postponed, registration for impacted attendees will transfer to the next available event date.

There are no refunds for any ScaleYourChildcare Workshop Event purchases.

No. We ask that all Scaling Workshop participants refrain from using their laptop computers, cell phone, and other electronic devices during the workshop presentations.

Additionally, requests for pictures with Andrea Dickerson and TheScaleYourChildcare team are only allowed during allotted times.

In order to provide each attendee with the best experience possible at the Scaling Workshop, Participant Conduct is heavily enforced.

The investment, if selected, is $2,497 per ticket.

When deciding on what we were going to offer for the workshop, we were left with two choices.

The first choice was to go to the mass market and try to fit as many people in a room as possible.

The problem is that we wouldn’t be able to provide outsized value… and go the extra mile to give you every possible advantage.

Our second option was to require a little higher investment on your part – but in exchange, we are able to devote so many more resources to help solidify your success with scaling your business.

Well… We decided to leave the low-level solutions to the other guys and instead ask a little more of you, but give you a lot more in return.
